We ship from our warehouse in New York. After we have prepared your order for shipment, you will receive an email or an SMS with the tracking number for your shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

For orders within the United States, the following flat rates apply:

International orders

We offer free delivery to many countries for orders of any two items or more. Please refer to the list below, or the available shipping options at checkout. Your shipping options will be calculated automatically depending on the number of products in your cart and your address.

Please note that additional costs such as taxes and duties may occur, depending on the local import regulations in your country. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for taxes and duties, or any brokerage, delivery or return postage fees applied to international shipments. Also, restrictions on the private import of food items and supplements may apply in your country. We advise you to check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.  

The following shipping rates apply to international orders, depending on which zone your country belongs to. A full list of which countries we ship to and which zone applies can be found at the end of this page. All shipment options include tracking. After we have prepared your order for shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

Payment security

For us it is important that our customers feel safe ordering our products. Therefore we use Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is one of the most secure systems for online orders. It protects your sensitive information such as name, personal id number and credit card details.

Types of payment

We offer a range of different payment types depending on what country you are in. Below you can find out more about the different types of payment methods.

Klarna

Payment through Klarna can be made if you order from Scandinavia, Germany or the UK. Through Klarna you have a wide range of payment methods. You can choose to pay via invoice, direct bank payment and of course with your credit card details through Klarna Checkout.

Paypal

Paypal is offered as a payment method for all markets. You do not need to have an account in order to pay via Paypal. Note that if you do have a Paypal account, your order will be shipped to the adress registered in your Paypal account.

Other payment

No matter where you are in the world we accept payment with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) via Paypal Express check-out. No Paypal membership is needed for this option.

For security purposes, CDLP reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

EU orders

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Non-EU orders

All non-EU orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local tax customs.

Delivery times

We always aim for the shipping of our products to be as quick and smooth as possible. However delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and we do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
